As we all know, Dodge owners are the most badass folks out there. Former high school quarterbacks. Cellphone salespeople.

In fact, you can still get multiple versions of the Durango Hellcat with names such as Hammerhead, Silver Bullet, and Brass Monkey.

100 years ago Drumpf would be trying to repeal the imaginary gasoline mandate, to ensure a future still full of horses and streets covered in horseshit.

Yep. The practicality/value of a Tesla only goes so far...now that it’s become a dogwhistle, I’d imagine many early adopters/greenies that have been driving them will be looking to make a switch.

I drive between Colorado Springs and Denver on I-25 often, and several months back I noticed an abandoned Tesla on the side of the road. No big thing, there are always cars left in the breakdown lane for a few days. What was unusual was that this Telsa had all of its windows broken out after it sat about 48 hours —

The Polestar 4 is more upmarket. Polestar is not competing with Equinoxes and Model 3s / Ys and Hyundai/Kias.

I’ll raise you with the only good Nazi is a dead Nazi.

Elon Musk gave his Nazi salute at the shameful inauguration:

No argument.

Shit, I’ll take it one further than that. If you are doing Nazi salutes, or are cool with that, you shouldn’t be doing anything other than getting full-time therapy.

Oh, I get it. They had to move production for US bound cars out of China, which took time and money.

Polestar stopped offering the single motor and lower priced dual motor options in the USA due to the 100% tariffs. In 2024 those started in the upper $40s. So now the only option is a dual motor fully loaded and near $70k. Clearly Polestar is not aiming to sell many.

Shit I would take it one further, I would bar anyone in the house and senate from sponsoring, participating or voting on legislation that benefits any company they own stock in. If you own stock in say Boeing voting for say a military bill that helps them gives you incentive to support that bill since if their stock

Yea, I’ve been looking seriously at a Polestar 2.....

Having driven a Polestar 2 and recently seen their latest offerings, I really really like them and view them as an option.  Tesla on the other hand, has been removed from any consideration for years now.

I think you should be forced to give up your CEO status to companies when working for a Government entity that has direct influence on your businesses. Which kinda goes ya know, goes against laissez faire but idk.

Polestar is def on my list when we switch to full EV, I hope they stick around!

Polestar has decent EVs, but they’re not really price competitive new... Cheapest car starting at $57k... for a medium/large sedan...
