This was his opponent’s slogan in ‘14. No joke:

Since Luhnow can’t get away with not paying players any more, he’s gotta save money however he can. His new cost-cutting target: airport luggage fees.

Meanwhile in KC post game sportsmanship:

So fast forward to next season, first Jays-Rangers game. First pitch they throw to Bautista, they bean him (you know they will). Does the pitcher get ejected? That’s 6+ months of premeditation, no doubt it’s intentional (what if it’s not? LOL), you kinda would have to, right? Even in the first inning?

Peppermint roll!

I get the feeling it would be exhausting to know this guy in real life...

Might depend on if they had any warning signs at the time they hired him, if they felt like they had to include any “just in case you have to go to rehab, here’s what we’ll do” language...

Semi-serious question... I would assume that had he still been coach while receiving treatment, the school would fund it/pay his way, right? Is he now on his own? How does the payment work on that sort of thing?

Not 100% sure I know what this here article’s getting at, but I darn sure reckon I like the cut of its jib.

The lesson being, never go to Dallas for anything ever.

I’ll give you that one, Pirates fan. You’ve earned it. Do us a favor, please beat the shit out of the Cardinals and Cubs, like, as much as possible, k?

So were we. That was the surreal part of it. As shocking of a play as it was, Astros fans on some level saw it coming.

The Astros made it better 2 days later, but this was a massive, lasting cockpunch.

This one’s his personal. The other one was operated by a (presumably now-fired) aide in his office

Guess her next boyfriend’s just gotta jack jack jack jack jack...

At first glance I thought “drummer?”
