Jesus fucking christ, Harron. Can you take 5 seconds to actually look up what you’re writing about beforehand?

The Rob Reiner thing immediately marks you as a complete ignorant.

THIS is why nobody takes young progressives seriously, by the way. None of you actually know anything, and you take every opportunity to parade

I’m baffled at how at this point anyone could describe this American Experiment as anything other than a monumental disaster. What these past 4 years have uncovered is a government soaked in corruption, where the majority rule of a political party can trample the very foundation of a supposed democracy, a presidency

This entirely. We are allowed to enjoy things and lament their loss (financial or otherwise), especially given all of the circumstances. I do appreciate that Shannon cancelled due to being overly cautious, especially considering that we’ve seen how those kinds of gatherings have led to spreads of the virus.

I’m a sometimes-wedding photographer and also work for some wineries that are popular venues.

When this all began, we had to cancel a wedding at one winery, and the couple asked if they could still come and say their vows in the vineyard that day. Just by themselves. My heart broke for them. I’m not a big wedding

Nothing like an evidence-free claim that trans women are more violent than trans men. It’s funny how quickly TERFs resort to biological essentialism.

“This is our First Amendment, it’s my right to choose.”

Well, he’s wearing a Bull Moose Party t-shirt, which is a thing. While Teddy was technically a Republican before he started the Bull Moose Party (apparently also called the Progressive party, according to google???), he’s also history’s most famous environmentalist, and created TONS of national parks.

I just want to post this picture from the Guardian article on the rally. I feel like there’s so much to unpack here, starting with incel Jeremy’s patriotic cardigan that was made for him by Grandma. Discuss!

This puff piece on Chrissy Teigen might have been compromised! I’m starting to think the author may have had an ulterior motive when she wrote, “The queen of the Internet is going offline to build a better future for her kids—and the rest of us.”

These diets are so unnecessary. Learning a bit about nutrition is all you really need to do. Eat less fatty foods and move more. Your friend could have lost the weight by now had she taken your advice. 2 pounds a month adds up just fine. Don’t mean to sound judgy, I know weight loss is really important to many. Just

“I have been cancelled by the radical left!”--any conservative grifter, who is currently complaining about being “cancelled” on national television

“I learned what was happening to me—it was called being canceled,” Sandmann recalled

I was browsing through the sporting goods section of Target one afternoon, when I hear an someone yelling loudly. I turn around to see an irate woman gesticulating wildly and screaming “Hey, dumbass!” After a second, I realize she was trying to get MY attention.

The “heir and spare” thing is undeniably gruesome. It’s setting the younger kid up to either be a total ne’er do well or a sociopath who shouldn’t be trusted behind his older brother at the head of the stairs.

Wouldn’t it be easiest if the letter writer just stopped expecting her chronically ill friend to be able to keep up with her non-chronically ill lifestyle? I mean if she wants to keep a friendship with this person whose life is full of shit she doesn’t have to deal with, she should be prepared to meet that person on

“Radical honesty is a horrifying prospect to any right-thinking person”

Things that absolutely slap: this movie, that song, and Santa Clarita Diet. All just charming and delightful.

I’m not going to snark about her wanting to get paid for her work, that’s understandable. I’m definitely going to snark about a) the $250K-$350K cost of those shoots and b) her photos always kinda creeped me out anyway (but the creeping part is my problem).

Great movie.

This movie is a favorite of mine, and I re-watch it regularly.
