"Ancient white dwarfs that have cooled down so that they aren't glowing anymore would be practically invisible, and could make great secret caches of resources or rendezvous points in otherwise featureless interstellar space."

Well, no. Unless I'm missing something this started at 9AM EST. Hit $1 mil at ~5:15PM or so EST.

Less than a day? Hell, it took less than 9 hours.

Wow, over $1 million now. This thing is rocking.

Maybe if she quit being so rude, giving them the silent treatment, they would be less inclined to do so.

I understand the budget concerns of indie developers about as well as anyone. A tight budget doesn't mean it has to have the visual style of a late 80's/early 90's game.

Challenging the norm of ultra realism by running counter to it and moving towards the games of the past because they were "better". Especially in a game like this, which is clearly being satirical of the current crop of ultraviolent, ultrarealistic games by including the same level of violence but in a throwback style.

That would usually imply that the visual style is unique to the point where you'd never mistake it for another game... which is certainly *not* the case here.

Depends on that scale. If you're comparing it to games from EA/Ubisoft/etc then ya, sure, I guess. If you're comparing it to indie games as a whole, it's closer to the rule rather than the exception.

Well, it IS notable that the Higgs Boson gives particles mass. That implies that (if control of it is massively increased and refined) it can eventually be used to increase the mass of objects, meaning we're halfway there. Now we just need to find something that can decrease mass.

Ya, seemed a bit too plump and plushy to really be a good slenderman.

Wow, this was unexpected. At first glance I thought this was talking about a new Elder Scrolls game.
