Basically the Dr. saw the vaginas and saw what looked like tears/scars and assumed trauma. Years later the science had advanced and now we know that those mini tears are normal in children and not due to trauma. Dr. Kellogg was brave enough to come forward and recant her testimony which was very brave of her to do.

The zucchini noodles have a ton of water in them (because zucchini is mostly water), so when you cook them whatever sauce you use gets super wet. One thing my wife did once is she made a pesto and just threw the zoodles raw and it was delicious. No need to cook!
