The latest Nightlies have improved this functionality a lot, they react much nicer to swipes. Granted, not sure how well the OG Droid is going to handle it given it's ages but my DINC does well with it as does my friend's Galaxy S phone.

That's not Stock, that's a custom skin. Stock Gingerbread has no such feature.

If you have a smaller space or don't mind a smaller screen the iMac has VESA wall mounts. It works fairly well because you can use it as a media server for the rest of the house and an HTPC while having some power to spare. Granted, it might cost a bit more than buying a TV/PC combo for the same purpose but if space

Don't give me the 'You're doing it wrong' excuse. The screens Motorola is using for their new line of phones are by any measure inferior to other companies entries. It's not an opinion, it's a fact. The pixels are more easily discernible than any AMOLED's Samsung or HTC (In their limited use) has used.

Unfortunately, just like the X2 it has that awful qHD screen. The colors are totally washed out and the pentile matrix is way too easy to discern. And, lest we not forget the lovely bootloader issue it's bound to have. I'm not holding my breath with their promise to unlock it either.

..... And now that man has to restock his entire store. If those damn hipsters don't volunteer to help out with restocking the entire place that's really lame.

I was involved in the sidelines of the Halo 2 proscene for a bit and I remember the utter astonishment displayed when someone preferred one of these beasts to the much more comfortable 'S' controller. Personally I miss neither, I adore the 360 controller. It fits the hands very nicely and it's a great evolution of the

Well I know that auto-correct is getting turned off instantly. If I have a hardware keyboard I think I'm responsible enough to correct my own mistakes.

Where was this a week ago? haha

That looks awful. I am all for convergence of device form factors as far as the core OS goes but that interface looks like such a kludge next to the standard Windows interface. Why the hell would I need to tile interface on a desktop? Why is that not just being advertised as the mobile interface that is driven by the

As an alternative to donating money just buy them copies of Atlas Shrugged so they can put them in every hotel room to spread the good word. It's a much better story than the usual Bible but it's just as preachy and incorrect about the true nature of man so it's essentially the same concept.

If this doesn't work (And there's no reason it shouldn't, just adding my two cents about how I fixed it on my Hackintosh) you can also fix this by changing the BIOS clock to whatever the gap is when it resets and it should show up fine in both partitions. Your OSX install is not getting it's time settings off the BIOS

@Krdshrk: I think they should just hide behind that label, that way they have an excuse for sucking so bad beyond their terrible musical abilities.

@SkiBum1207: I think the 'difference maker' when it comes to Apple products is the top to bottom control. Wherein a Windows (Or even Linux) based machine the drivers must be made ambiguous to play nice with all possible combinations of components, Apple can afford to specifically tailor the software to a narrow band

@Dr Durdon: The beauty of bureaucracy is they have no way of screening out the people like me as long as we lie good enough on the application. I don't want to sound like an ingrate and I have no problem testing it for a period to report back but I'd be lying if I didn't see the hardware as the exciting part here and

@Antubis is nominal: I've tried reading through their terms and I'm having a hard time finding out if these computers need to be returned or not. If not after the testing period it's mine to modify as I please, is it not? And seeing as I've never been one for 'rules' or 'threat of legal action' I don't really think

Is there anyway to find out the size of the hard drive? No offense to Google in the least but if I get one delivered to my door I'm not all that interested in testing Chrome. Rather I see the potential for a nice cloud-based Hackintosh.

@cody2000: Pardon my indignation but I was not claiming there was going to be some flawed product to come to the market, my point was that Apple would not be able to make the chips work as they optimally should because of the form factor they strive for. It has nothing to do with them being bad chips but rather that

Something to consider is the heat this gives off. When you have a CPU and GPU you are spreading out the generated heat, if they are one chip you are creating a serious hotspot. Even if the Sandy Bridge chip out performs the 320M in a vacuum the heat issue may make it worse.

@ExtendedRockyMontage: My email is already gmail, my phone is Android and my desktop uses Chrome as a browser. They already have a ton of data on me with or without this, you're not trading anything besides maybe a few spam emails. Don't get me wrong, I get irked by it too and adblock whenever possible but it's
