It's exactly the same as the last one, but inexplicably worse.

That's not what I mean...it's the logistics of actually writing and recording enough dialog for different races of different genders with different moral attitudes...then writing and recording the NPC dialog to fit around the main character...it would be ridiculous. It would take an astonishing amount of time and…

Like other people have said, having the choice to play as different races is pretty much out of the question. Voice acting is one of the main reasons.
