I have not been buying at release for years, when you have a limited budget it is simply not feasible. And there are always a ton of older realeses to dig into at any point in time, I am about to dig into Batman Arkham Origins just now.

They clearly do no longer care if it is a secret anymore and now they can pull a double con, the enemy has to assume any Merkava they see has missile capabilities. Also I am sure they have something new lined up.

Well I find it stupid that it is a total reboot, when a soft reboot would have worked just as well, they wouldn’t even need any of the original actors to show up. They should just have set it in the same world, so the original events did happen, but the ghosts have just been dormant for 30 years.

Matt Ryan was fucking awesome, give the show to the Arrow people and let them spice things up!

It will be interesting to see how they go about it if there are sequels. The first two games have pretty straightforward stories, but the third game had a lot of plotlines and characters. Each campaign could cover an entire movie by itself, not to mention Thralls background story.

I really hope I can get at least one team from this line, all my spending cash has just been bound up in important stuff all year.

Now playing

yup, but Superman started that trend. As Max Landis says in his short film about it, “The Death of Superman” killed death in comics:

Also didn’t one of Kevin Smiths scripts leak, and it was super awful?

Yup this is pretty much how european football matches is

I actually like Butterfly effect, maybe I will hate if I watch it now, so I wont do that.

I just got home from seeing it, and the more I absorb it, the more it feels like this was less a movie in its own right and more a framework for more Terminator movies.

To #1 Yup I see it as Sarah, Pops, Future Kyle, John Connor and perhaps Smith-Net (the one that infected John) are all in a sort of “All you zombies” type situation, unmoored from the movies final timeline, and thus sort of free agents, able to make lasting changes to the timeline.

I guess that line John Has about how they are stranded in time is meant to explain that the timeline at the end of the movie is the new one. That still doesn’t quite explain Kyle’s memories though. I guess Young Kyle will grow up into a different Kyle and it was only because Future Kyle was in the plot device (time)

I tried out GURPS, mostly because I was looking for a good sci-fi rpg and it seemed like I could cook something up with GURPS. But I never really got around to it, beacause although I like a lot of crunch (or used to anyway) this was too much. Now much of it is frontloaded in the character creation, which takes

Yeah I have seen some “mentalists” pull this off too, if you look like you belong no one will bother you most of the time. It is all about attitude and I am too chickenshit to try it out :-P

This seems like a mix of old school bigotry, a lot of sour grapes and a rhetoric about “the elite” borrowed straight from Sarah Palin.

dawww Miyamoto seems so sweet

This secret wars stuff sounds really bonkers in an awesome way, I need to read up on some stuff.

I think it is finally happening for me with Supernatural, I held on for 3 or 4 seasons more than most of my friends. But now my younger sister has discovered it, so I may keep watching a bit yet

Quantum Realm is probably when Ant-Man goes to his very smallest, kinda like how The Atom can shrink down and move atoms and stuff around . I am guessing it is gonna play into the Avengers are gonna handle the Infinity Stones, shrink down and fuck them up on an atomic level.
