There is something to say for exclusive games, though. Yes, they definitely restrict people from playing them because of that exclusivity (haven’t played a Halo past the first one, no Gears), but there is something about a game that is designed to fully take advantage of one piece of hardware that makes those games…
Oh yeah, Destiny. Totally forgot about that. Noted.
1) I’m just surprised that they’ve waited so long to get some of these exclusives out in the wild. I mean, Sony has never had to prop up their library the way Nintendo has, but it feels like a void to me.
I did. I’m not dumping on your article, Jason. There are great things on the consoles, and not everyone has a PC that can play these games. I’m more lamenting the fact that the console landscape isn’t the way it was in generations past. It used to be that exclusives defined the consoles, and multiplatform experiences…
Someone tell me, why should I buy a PS4 (I’m on their side, no haters) if they keep porting all these games to PC? I’m not trying the PC Master Race you on this one. I feel like there have been less high-profile exclusives this generation. And I’m sure this has to do with the machines being comparable to PCs, but this…
I totally tried to use the Gamer Logic in ME2 to get everything done. Turned out my earliest save wasn’t early enough to reverse all the damage I’d let happen.
That’s why you almost never talk about distance in SoCal. It’s always about time. How far? 30 minutes.
So, they already announced those other 8, and I missed it? I see.
I see a lot more than 4, Luke. I count 12 at the link you provided! I can’t read the Japanese, though. Are those for later?
You mean:
It has always been my opinion that the sports networks (ESPN, NFL, etc.) have the worst announcers for football. I prefer the national CBS, FOX, and NBC announcers. Even the B teams are better than the sports networks. They’re not perfect, and I’m not going try to convince anyone to like Joe Buck, but I never want to…
Wow, that moving sure looks like it takes a lot of work. Swipe. Swipe. Swipeswipeswipe.
I feel you. My second daughter is horrible about going to bed. She is only 15mo, but you’d think we cut her leg off every night, screaming bloody murder. I don’t want to know what the neighbors think is happening at 8pm every night. She is tired and wants to go to bed. That’s what I’m doing, baby. Let’s go to bed.
Is it a light issue? We got my daughter some heavier curtains and that totally gave us an extra 45 minutes in the morning. :-/
In a third person shooter, you might feel that the right stick makes the camera look the way you’re pushing. You might also feel that the stick makes an invisible camera rotate around you, which means you want to push left to move the camera left which makes it look right. If you can invert one axis, why not both?…
It’s not HD, but they made a 3D Kefka for Dissidia:
Which is funny that Phil mentions The Transporter, because I’ve always thought (and others probably have too) that Jason Statham would be a great 47. He’s already made so many movies just like it!
You spy?
Side by side stroller? In Disneyland? I hope it’s not busy. That thing will be hell to push around at fireworks time.
