Not a problem.

Actually I was referring to the guy with the mustache. But no I don't really care about the racial make up to much. I was just making an observation. Though to be fair being Hispanic is more about the culture than the racial make up (being that it groups people from Spain as well as Mexico) so their are people across

You don't talk about chipmunk fight club.

Only 70 characters? That blows. Is there a reason for that?

It's an expression (in the same sense burning a flag in public is). It's not explicitly stated but has been ruled to exist regardless. There was a case (ironically about privacy) which SCOTUS said a right doesn't need to be explicitly stated in the constitution to exist. It was the grounds for the ruling in Roe V.

rofl. I would love to get some of those.

Doesn't mean that the judges were wrong. The law was broad. It's common to refer to laws that criminalize an idea as "paternalistic" has been for a long time (though I assume after governments stopped comparing their citizens to children).

Yes and no. A persons domicile is granted certain rights while your person isn't. For instance searching someones person is legal after an arrest, but to search the house still requires a warrant. Though your house can't be thrown in jail and you can.

The Amazons in DC while taking a lot from Athenian style haven't ever had the viels and such (though last I read we weren't sure if those were ceremonial or a

Yep. Funny how Siscle and Ebert did it for years and no one seemed to realize this (I'm implying people are dense). The on the other side there isn't anything wrong with criticizing criticism that you don't agree with. For instance you might think that they should just bring Jean Grey back for reasons. And I may think

She actually wears an abaya and a niqab, not a burqua.

Someone did a series (of images) with that. It looked quite nice.

How about if you don't like it don't buy it and write the companies explaining why they lost the sale? Seems like if they are forced to see that they are losing sales they would want to change it (at least from a business viewpoint) to remain profitable.

Ah.

It was. He didn't write the article on her game. Don't get me wrong, she seems like a shit person. And her game sounds to me like crap. But for some reason quite a few critics loved it. So I guess it's the video game equivalent to some of the well reviewed but consumer hated art films.
