I flew with them for the first time last year and was pleasantly surprised. They are not the cheapest fair, but by the end of all the fees, they are probably comparable. Also have the most coach leg room and I am 6'3"

Careful of the credit card approach to bypassing checked baggage fees. AA (now owner of US Air) charges an annual fee for that card of about $80.
