If you already have a VPN, change your IP to UK and then pay the $7.00 bucks for access to Eurosportplayer. Live stream for close to 27 hours. You get a month's access and they show some pretty good stuff. 2 days before the end of the month I will cancel.

I bought the Season pass which excludes LeMans. I paid for the web version and plugged my laptop into my TV. The App access did nto make sense for me to purchase. I think it will be the same for LeMans.
