I enjoyed Ground Zeroes, and can imagine you spent 40 hours if you wanted to Platinum it, but I was done once I passed all the missions (and re-cleared a few to get the optional trophies). It gave me about 7 hours of solid entertainment so I can't complain.

Skip Killzone. You can't go wrong with either inFamous or Tomb Raider. inFamous pushes the system harder since it was designed for next-gen; Tomb Raider is a fantastic game even if it's just a PS3 remaster.

Duke Nukem Forever wasn't a GREAT game, but I don't think it's as bad as a lot of people like to claim. The problem was overly high expectations.

Yes, the old Peggle - the one you paid money for then got a game in return - is no longer available there. It's been replaced with a new version, one which runs in portrait mode, adds a central hub map and throws in a few new features.

If you buy anything on iTunes, this is a no brainer. 20% is about as deep as discounts go on iTunes cards. [$50 iTunes Gift Card, $40]

Me too, actually! That was actually an official Peggle game by PopCap, not a remake by a different company.

If you keep your ear to the ground, all these games have been at least half off since they launched. I know for instance TLoU is currently selling for $18 used in a Gamestop sale. You can't just expect to walk into Target six months after a game releases and get it on sale; you need to watch the Deals posts or a

Yeah because this is an unlicensed Chinese knock-off product. Which makes it an unusual addition to the Deals page, IMO...

In other markets Sony is failing to make sales expectation, their TVs are expensive, but aren't high enough quality to justify the price, for example.

No, of course not. The code he showed is written in Visual Basic. You can't develop for a 3DS in Visual Basic. And obviously there are all sorts of repercussions as discussed above—dialog trees would have to change, obvious rules like "men can't make babies" would need to be created, and all sorts of bugs would emerge.

Many of the early mockups showed a menu system where the player could swap weapons out and also upgrade them. I initially wanted these systems to appear together on the same screen. My reasoning for this is that when additions like upgrades are designated to their own screen, I have a tendency to ignore them until I

One reason is because it's fairly easy to get PS+ for multiple regions. I haven't personally done it, but I have bought a few EU-specific games with the help of Internet friends. (For instance, Outrun Online Arcade never made it to the USA PSN store, but it's an amazing game.)

No, you're dreaming. Tons of Shenmue props were flat quads with texture. These models are low poly count but far exceed a typical Shenmue prop.

Well, you can think that, but in my case I would have absolutely held onto it if I thought I'd get another mission out of it. I wasn't interested in replaying the existing content, but the Raiden mission looked sweet. I would have enjoyed giving it a whirl.

I didn't think that. I wouldn't have sold my copy if I thought they would unlock more content for it.
