My 1st new car was a ‘92 Sentra E coupe. $10k with the only option (a/c) and that’s without a stereo and speakers (put in my own). it was also only a 4 spd manual, since a 5 spd was extra.

I had to drive a ‘93ish Caravan, with no rear seats, from Long Island to Albany one day to pick up an industrial pump setup, and with the V6 it felt pretty quick.

So much “M’eh” but I wierdly look forward to seeing the berzerk 700hp AMG version hauling a bed full of shit.

When I was 13 my dad took me to the parking lot of Shea Stadium to drive his ‘85 Mustang notchback (2.3/auto - slow af - became my 1st car). We did mostly turns, and parking. At the end, I turned onto a straightaway, and he told me to “punch it”. I hit about 35. It felt so fast.
