Y’know, I wasn’t backing Sanders in the primary until Warren dropped out. And while I’d have preferred he stayed in the race, I understand him accepting the eventuality that Biden was going to be the nominee.

This is just heartbreaking. No woman should have to go through this under normal circumstances, much less during a pandemic.

I’m a data analyst and have pulled Census data for various projects. Ethnicity defined as Hispanic vs non-Hispanic has always been a separate data element.  Same with origin data.

Sanders has accomplished far more than any other candidate running except Biden, and in that case their ideologies diverge radically.

I was at the premiere screening at the Academy. Though Cher wasn’t there, oddly, Sonny was there with his new fourth wife Mary. Everyone in that room knew we’d just seen a masterpiece and director Norman Jewison got a standing ovation. It’s still one of my all-time favorite films.
