Jackstands!. Can’t stress that enough..don’t worry about the 3 extra minutes you spend digging them out and don’t take the chance of not using them. There were 4 guys that died last year in our city alone from not using jackstands. One probably would have survived, but he was trapped and couldn’t reach his phone,…
Except they normally finish in the top 3, while Danica is usually <30th
Front bench seats with RUCHED Corinthian leather!
Lol...even as a kid I wondered why a guy who could fly would ride around in this!
Ohhh...good one
Came here to post this...happy to see it was already here. Good work, sir!
PROTIP: There is a thing called the internetz. On this internetz, you can buy wider wheels and tires for not much $$. If you live on earth, there may even be a local business called a “tire shop” that sells these elusive things. 60k car + $2.5k on wheels and tires, $1.5k on a nice coilover kit = $64k. Still a better…
Not sure what you mean about them falling apart..both of ours have been impeccable and they have excellent reliability. 500 sport and an Abarth
Same thing with our Abarth...the electric steering is excellent. Nice and tight, great road feel, and less floaty than any hydraulic system I've driven in the past 15-20 years.
I'm guessing that you are about 15 years old and haven't driven anything other than a commuter car. Do you understand anything about power to weight ratios? 270 hp in a 2500 lb car > 300 hp in a 3800 lb car (your Camaro reference). Not every car is about drag racing, but even the Boxster, with its lowly "less than a…
I've never seen one in person...that is quite nice and not a bad deal for one with only 50k on the clock.
The problem for me is that my Magnum R/T is getting older, but the newer wagons I am interested in are out of my price range. I would only go for an AMG wagon or the CTSV, but both are way too much $ and can't really tow anything. So, I'm left comparing a Jetta sportwagen to something like this: '58 Chevy Wagon. Less…
So if you buy a 14 year old used refrigerator and it craps out a year later, you’re going to blame the person that sold it to you? It is 14 years old. Part of that MX is checking and replacing 14 year old fuel lines, replacing dried cracked wiring, and repairing oil leaks. It was a used car sold as it with no…
WTH are you talking about? The dealer sold a used car 14 months ago. It was not maintained by the dealership. Apparently, it was not even maintained by the owner. Parts wear out. Car goes boom. She took that risk when she skimped on maintenance.
The report also said that she bought the car 14 MONTHS AGO (since you like to yell in all caps). If she owned the car for 14 months and the dealership hasn't touched it since, as the article states, then I'm pretty sure that maybe during the course of that 14 months, it was probably due for at least 1 or 2…
Man, I loved that game as a kid...with the hardware we have today, someone could port it to play in a browser. The over the top characters, one of the early abilities to somewhat free roam...good times
You deserve all the stars. Every damn one of them.
I can't speak for the v6 models, but my 5.7 has been very reliable. Mine is an 06' R/T and I only have 65k miles on it, and the only issue I had was I had to replace an oil pressure sensor ($35 bucks and about 1.5 hours in the driveway to do it). Other than that, just normal upkeep. It takes 7 quarts of oil, so plan…
