That is because both J1772 and ChaDemo are ridiculously huge! So you know, the size of CCS is pretty much the size of a Tesla nozzle and J1772 combined anyways! The Tesla nozzle is very small.

I see now, upon first reading I wasn't clear & thought you were comparing afainst your first metric (3 cents/mile) not your full charge range ($2.44/82 miles).

Cheap gas will probably affect Prius sales, but even Elon Musk said they don't expect much if any impact on Tesla sales. People don't buy a Tesla to save money on their commute. People who can afford a Tesla don't much care about gas prices.
