I mean, technically it could be a piano hoisted up above you on a sidewalk, too.
Well-water-haver here also. There’s a liquid product called CLR (Calcium, Lime, Rust) that works pretty well. Do the same “tie it in a plastic bag and cover your showerhead” thing you’d do with vinegar, and it should clear that stuff out overnight.
Someone on Twitter suggested replacing him with Chris Meloni, and I am here for that.
McMinnville is a university town, too. A pretty decent little college called Linfield.
My worst boss was a micromanager. He wasn’t really good at the job, but he secretly wanted to do it, so he was extremely hard on everyone in our huge group.
Does anyone else read these parents’ remarks and just hear Dueling Banjos over and over in their head? Because these are some no-teeth havin’ hodunk-podunk gun-lovin’ dipshit responses if I ever saw them.
Alternately, and this is mostly fun for those intros where the speaker is going really fast, set the speed to half and listen to what sounds like a near-death-drunk person do their spiel.
I bring brisket and beer. I feel like it’s my best accomplishment vis a vis not being a bad cookout guest.
I’ve had one of these for a couple of years now. It’s awesome for camping, but also for when our power goes out. We live in a very rural setting, so our power drops pretty frequently during the winter.
This lets us keep our shit charged and we have the grill attachment as well, so we can cook our meals and charge stuff…

Here’s something interesting, but totally anecdotal.
I’ve got the Badlands Pro jacket and pants. The sizing for Klim is a bit more “American,” although there are some Rev’Its that are bigger in the gut, basically. I wore a Sand 2, which is the one that was just falling apart after less than a year of wear.
Late to the game, but I made this last weekend and everything should have been fine, but the beef just shrank. Like, a lot. It was a 2lb chunk of the center-cut variety from the store, and was barely enough for 4 people.
I went nuts and saved up for a year to buy a Klim jacket and pant combo. Very happy with them in terms of staying dry. Yep, the jacket is bulky, but I can wear a light down jacket under it and stay perfectly warm, even in 15-20F weather.
Previously I’d worn Rev’It, but the jacket had so many poorly made parts (zipper…
We ended up buying a cooler and cutting a hole in the lid that fits the circulator. Works like a charm!
I’ve had good luck online. You could check out:
We had a mall locally that’s gone now, but it was the perfect Oregon mall. It was built in the very early 80s, and had a movie theater.
And Meier & Frank in Portland. And now the downtown Portland Macy’s is closing down.
The Meier & Frank used to do a Santaland every year that was amazing. They had a little train that went around the floor, and all kinds of crazy decorations. Took up the whole 9th floor.
This is how my parents always did it, so maybe it’s an Old thing? I’ve always thrown a few in to get the temperature right.
Ahaha oh dear lord I can’t stop laughing.
