Am I just hopelessly out of touch with trailer life that I don’t see $50,000 worth of value in this?

As someone who is down there a bunch i think that black bear pass will need to be closed and/or permitted. Too many fucking idiots now think they can drive this. Any decent stock 4x4 can do this but........... the devil is in the details of course.
