Bit of a click-baity title. It makes it sound like nobody had been informed about the code of conduct 2 weeks into OWL, and that the OWL Commissioner is just too lazy to do it. But all players had to sign it, meaning the people that it was most important to inform have been informed.

I really need to get around to playing Legacy of the Void, but god damn it never seems to go on sale and on blizz store it seems they’ve rolled all the releases in to one package only, I’d rather not pay full price on a package I own 2/3rds of already.

Exactly. I’ve never spent a dollar on loot boxes and I think I have like 80 - 90% of the content, which is purely cosmetic.

Is there any other way to play it? Willingly choosing to drop money for something that the game gives out normally is crazy.

I swear by that principle and have become very, very sad for people who can’t seem to enjoy a game like this without the completionist cosmetics. It’s the same game whether or not you have all the skins! It plays the same! Do you like the game? Then play the game!
