It’s more of a sorting thing than anything else. You have to have some degree of diligence and reliability to earn one. It has little to do with what you actually learned.

Ehhhh. I have a ‘66 GMC that came from the factory with vinyl seats, AC, heat, power steering, power brakes, body matches interior trim, and more chrome than a Cadillac from the same era. It would have definitely been considered luxury in its day.
