RIP Cargo Space ;)

They’re both quirky! A lot of Saabs were a bit disappointing to drive. This is coming from a multiple Saab owner.

Why the FUCK would I want to pull my 35 foot yacht boat in a bare bones POS pickup truck?! I want a loaded one so that when I pull up to my Muskoka cottage I’m in comfort. You can’t do that in an E-Class... Luxury trucks make so much sense.

While some of it costs money, a lot of it is very inexpensive. Car prices have not increased much (in terms of percentage of income) for a long time. People just always want more than what they can afford which leads to “OMG CARS R SO EXPENSIVE”.. Duh, of course they cost a lot of money. They’re cars.

That stuff is probably pretty reliable. We all said that when ABS came out. It’s a very reliable system. Any car I have seen with failing ABS is at the end of its life and should be replaced anyways. ESP, same thing. Very reliable system. Auto braking? Does you car have vacuum? YEs. Then it will work. Oh, you crashed

Yep, Ontario sucks for that.

I dunno! Are they even legally responsible to do anything?

There was a lady who lived near me a long time ago. I remember she bought one of these and I had no idea what it’s problem was. I always thought it had been in a wreck and had been”fixed” with different coloured body panels. But it was a brand new car at the time so I didn’t trust that judgement.

We have the infastructure for it too! It really rattles my cage. I’ll get weather warnings to my phone from Bell, but not an amber alert.

I’m actually not... You’re just mis-informed. Little tiny Fords are achieving 21PSI out of the box while VWs are at 12-13 with a peak at 17.

I’m saying people used to say that ten years ago. Not an engine that is ten years old. And look harder, You’ll find some! ;)

Common knowledge from ten years ago. There’s a lot of manufacturers making equally robust gasoline engines,.

I think they should get a pass as “basic transportation” these days. People buy what they like right? If they had no comfy features that people want and were still selling as family cars I’d start to get confused.

I love this inclusive world we live in! Now even retards are allowed to drive! #equalityforallthepeoples

I’m not saying I6s are bad, I’m just saying most people don’t need the “extra” torque. I have pulled some pretty loaded trailers with V6s with no issues. Most people who buy this F150 Limited are probably not needing that crazy low end torque. Which is kinda what your original comment was trying to say... There’s a

Even N/A V6s have good low end torque. These motors are a lot more balanced than they used to be. Plus most people aren’t pulling their mobile homes from park to park ;)

That’s the beauty of gasoline. You don’t need the same boost pressures. You don’t even need a turbo. Where did you get the idea that you need to match internal pressures? lol

You don’t make sense... Why not make something easier and more comfortable? If you don’t like it, don’t use it.

They should, and I imagine they will. The way engine tech is moving forward, I don’t see a need for an 8-cyl in 99% of cases.

Look at the torque of these new ones if that’s your argument?
