You’re assuming she gives a fuck.

Fuck this guy for thinking that a child would feel guilty later in life for ending an unwanted pregnancy created through rape by a family member. This is not protection for her in any way. This the opposite of that.

I like Gideon because he’s not White naturally. He has a core of Red that he tries to suppress because a rash decision to strike at a god cost the lives of all his friends and turned what should have been a great triumph into tragedy. That’s also why he’s such a lone wolf, despite White normally being about the group.

I contend that the Kardashian family are performance artists, and damn good ones.

As I explained in another post, I know that. I know exactly which information you would find from those answers by searching. I’d only accept it from someone who could give me information that I know I hadn’t publicly shared, and I know they’re an outright fraud if they only provide me information I know I’ve shared.

It’s part of life. I’m sad for myself because we had such a short time together, but I’m not sad for her. Even though she was very young, she was also very sick, and she died suddenly instead of slowly wasting away. Thank you for your care.

Given that someone I loved died, I figured that spirits (should they exist) could provide that information. See my reply to smallpotatoes for why what I chose was specifically designed to foil Google Oracles.

See, that’s why I asked two questions. The 17th could be found out by looking at my history here, so it was mostly a red herring. If she had focused on that part, it would have raised my suspicions. Choosing two dates so close together, with one of them Valentine’s, made the answer of death of a girl/boyfriend far too

That would be a very reasonable guess, but nothing more than a guess.

That’s really disappointing, but I do kinda understand not wanting to put yourself out there. I wish there was private messaging here.

I swear I do not. I realize people on the Internet can be quite terrible, but that’s not me. I wish we could send private messages here, this would probably be better handled that way, but I’ll ask the questions anyway and you can answer or not if you wish. This is inspired by the test Croesus gave the Oracles of the

I’m “skeptically optimistic,” and I’d like nothing more to see someone who’s genuine. I have a deep loathing for Randi because his “test” is so sneaky and unfair, even Dr. Manhattan would have trouble. So, I’d like to believe you, but I’d have to put you to my own, two question test first. Would you be up for it?

*shrug* Maybe she is, maybe she isn’t. I try to keep an open mind about things, without either buying into or denying completely anything supernatural but rather trying to think of ways it might work scientifically. But that’s all beside the point. I just do not like that Randi and his asinine test are held up as some

He’s not a scientist, he’s a showman. I ran the math on his dowsing test, for example, and he was asking the human participants to have greater precision, accuracy, and consistency on both than military weapons systems. He makes it sound fair and reasonable, but he’s always gonna stack the deck against anyone who

I used to work at Radio Shack, and when we were setting up for Christmas by haphazardly stacking boxes where people were going to be walking, the district manager was telling us exactly where to put everything. I wasn’t really big into feminism at the time (not that I was against it, I just didn’t follow issues), but

He’s got Shannon Doherty eyes. Gah. It’s freaky.

Purple and green provide good visual contrast, particularly in earlier comics where color and inking were less advanced/cheaper than they are these days.

I worked at the ranger training brigade in Fort Benning (not a ranger), and it was easily the worst year of my life. The stories I have...I’ll never forget the time when the guy giving a mandatory briefing on sexual harassment, to “get our attention,” first played a clip of a woman with enormous, bare, and
