@RubiksCube: Because "solid gold" is a term used to define something that directly contradicts what "gold plating" is. That's why.

@mex2309: As long as you make sure your work computer is no longer connected to your employer's network, they can't track you. For example- unplug or disable your ethernet connection and turn off wifi.

@RubiksCube: "Solid Gold" is the term used to say something is made out of only gold, and not merely something cheap that is covered in a layer of gold plating. Solid gold-plated is contradictory as Nitesh stated.

I built something like this 3 years ago for my Toshiba laptop that kept overheating. Except I made mine out of some spare wood I had laying around, and it looks a lot nicer. And it also has a fan speed adjustment nob since I hate noise. :-P

I feel very much the same as he did, and I have felt this way for as long as I can remember.
