The most obvious differences are the textures, AA, resolution and the awful screen tearing on XB1.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Dishonored. I took a bit of a chance on it not knowing how it would be but it turned out to be a fantastic game.

Really? ALL the previews for the game have been negative.
I swear that the box art gives away everything. And when you turn it over you find the rest of the story. In the PS2 generation you could tell a game would suck because it had characters and narrative, but no screenshots. Or it had a few screenshots, but tiny or uninteresting.
At least in the PC version, modders can make this game actually works.

Doesn't Eidos Montreal have multiple teams? Doesn't seem like the same guys who pushed a brilliant game out would creatively starve a few years later. I seem to recall that both were in development at the same time, as well.
