So is it a popout or groundout?

Say what you will about the quality, but there is something to the idea that smaller conferences have more fun.

Nothing he says here is wrong, but at the same time it assumes that "gang ties" are the only reason he was cut. It seems like there were other attitude/work ethic issues.

Look at Ibra, Ronaldo or Drogba. Those guys are physical as they come. Vidic is a monster. Just because you can be good without being a pure athlete doesn't mean that being a physical beast is a bad thing. Peter Crouch made a solid career out of being tall, even though he wouldn't stand out on a basketball court. Theo

She must be an angry elf.

Not to be a Debby Downer, but he is a survivor of bone marrow cancer. I believe that it can have lasting effects on bone strength.

If this hit a hockey player, the seems would have come off the ball.

Fans everywhere have cheered murderers, rapists, drunk drivers, wife and child beaters, etc, but cheering a PED user (in baseball, football is okay) is completely unacceptable.

I think you overestimate how much people care (if any) about the first two "opening days". For 27 markets, it is still opening day. Baseball is a very regional game, so if the Padres, Diamondbacks and Dodgers already played a game, that does not really matter to the Northeast or Midwest. Yeah, those games are stupid,

This whole thing aside, Colbert got old awhile ago. He's now the guy in the office that still yells "HUMP DAY" every Wednesday and will still do that stupid WAZZZZUP? every once in a while.

There seems to be a lot of issues besides the gang. The locker room and front office seemed to have an issue with his work ethic as well.

That's a fucking carry.

Clearly that norm got derailed.

Having worked at a bar in Wrigleyville with a similar dress code, there were times where both white and black people tried to get in to the bar dressed like this and were rejected. I was always relieved. Bars nearby didn't have these codes and always had issues with fights breaking out.

Milwaukee is still in progress and would get a huge boost if a new NBA arena comes to fruition.

Thanks for the reminder that Rickie Weeks will be making the third most amount of money of the Brewers and the seventh most in the NL Central tied with Joey Votto. What the motherfucker.

Does Greg Oden fit in both of these diagrams? Just kidding clearly Greg Oden doesn't fit anywhere.

Oh man, hockey fans are about to explode about getting no respect.

Never liked Ohio State, but I have loved watching Aaron Craft play for the last seven years.

I hope Tom Crean gets fired via text message after midnight.
