I'd love to think that this is the result of a nationwide re-education on the effects of drinking soda, and that the decline in consumption in diet versions is because people are finally wising up to the idea that aspartame is just the devil. Every time I see someone buy a Diet Coke (and with a friend that's truly

What kind of man talks to the DEA? No man. No man at all.

I've never heard of Donanza before and I feel like you might have just made my life way better. For this, I give you many hugs, and this:

Ah, I've had many of those myself. I've restricted myself pretty seriously on what I will and won't bid on and it seems to be working out - but of course this only really works if elance isn't your only revenue stream.

I do KINDA wanna start a tumblr called The Worst of Elance...

I like your style.

I'm willing to bet that when this douchebag writes his first "original, (not cliche*) take on the Great American Novel" he'll be the kind of guy posting on Elance looking for a "the sort of editor that could have edited Ulysses, that kind of talent**" but who won't "have the budget" to pay more than $75 dollars for

So sorry for your awful situation; but at least you know you made the right

That is just heart breaking. My sister in law wanted a natural birth, then when the actual pushing last twice as long as it should have and things started to go really wrong, she asked for the epidural. She was too far gone to have it; THAT should be the only reason you cannot have an epidural.

I'm British, and the first time a friend told me how much it cost for her to have her kid in the US, I was blown away. The idea that you would have to shell out $20,oooo+ to have a baby is just insane to me, and shows how ridiculously elevated the costs of American healthcare are. No one in the UK pays ANY money
