How did you feel about the remastered localization? I find myself divided on it. On the one hand it's more faithful to the original version, but on the other hand I saw this for the first time as a very young punk in Seattle when it was first released and that was such a pivotal moment in my life that nostalgia rears

Is the lack of "to" in the headline intentional? Or is it typo? (I see what I did there).

I think the point that Zackasaur completely misses is his experiences and desires are not shared by everyone (which I think says something about the limits of "personal clarity"). In fact this entire thread is seriously flawed by its normative claims.

I was going to say the exact same thing.

Holy crap that's awesome. I haven't been into fighting games for some years but this almost gives me the itch to pick one up.

Am I the only person that has purchased a game from Steam only to realize I didn't read the part where the Games For Windows account is required? That stuff drives me nuts and I wish they made that information more visible because Games For Windows is horrible.

I love how he either intentionally or unintentionally retains the illusion through this video by the way he moves around the artwork. Cool stuff.

Well since most of these games have attached achievements I'm sure they may integrate the other aspects of their websites with this. You can look up stats on both WoW and Diablo characters / players on the individual websites and their existing chat system is now account wide.

Is that a subtle Futurama reference? ;)

I was thinking this exact thing, while wondering how absolutely wrong we are about a few ancient civilizations.

Boys that haven't been horribly shamed by their parents or peers into thinking they can't enjoy something because of their gender? If that was a rhetorical question just know that you're not speaking of universal experience.

"Some people like cute things..."

That's because of the success of games like Call Of Duty and America's obsession with guns and war. The nationalism and military worship here is embarrassingly childish.

Ha! Great minds think alike.

"Memories..."

Lego games are awesome, but there does seem to be a lack of games I want to play lately. I got a 3ds back in March and there are maybe four of the dozens and dozens of games available that look interesting. The sad thing is I don't even want to play any of the virtual console games, even if I do support the idea. Most

Munchkin is awesome. Just plain awesome.

Fair enough, and a good point actually. I think the problem is less anti-heroes and more or less writers have a hard time with those characters, so they end up being really hackneyed. Not to mention the fact that a character can and should be flawed without it necessarily being an anti-hero, and a lot of writers

But regular heroes are boring. Take Scott Summers for example, I hate that character because even when they try to make him interesting by giving him character flaws he just comes across as a dick.
