From the description of your cousin and the fact he never wanted to talk about it, I would say that it is more on the ghost side of things... Maybe that’s just what I want to believe.

So I worked for police dispatch in a decently sized city (in the top 15 in the US) for over a decade. This story happened somewhere after 2004 but before 2008-ish, I think.

This is about an uncle who was a real-life rocket scientist. He worked on the rocket fuel formula that got men to the moon.
