For me, XBOX360 and PS3 was a choice between Halo and Metal Gear. However, I've found myself playing more and more games on my PC lately, so I probably won't be buying a new console until the new systems have been out for a few years each and prices drop to the $200-299 price range.

VOTE: Pandora.

Love the Aria piece. And that Journey pic might be my next phone background.

Can't wait to see borderlands 3 and the next Bioshock (Bioshock:Infinater?) on Unreal 4 tech.

The eye adaptation effect in the second video is really cool. In fact, all of the new lighting effects look quite impressive.

It is running in real time. Check out the second video in the article and you can see the artist walking around the environment and manipulating the scene.

If I remember correctly, the developers are trying to go for a father/daughter vibe, but the characters are not actually blood related. they haven't shared any backstory yet, but I imagine that Joel probably found Ellie as a daughter after everything went to hell and decided to take her under his wing.

That's the internet for you. Anyway, thanks for the article.

Tactus is a really cool concept, but it isn't ready for prime time yet. The biggest problem I see right now is the fact that it uses a soft plastic film for the front of the screen which is going to get scratched up really easily and won't be cheap to replace like the plastic screen protectors out there. Hopefully

Did ADW EX ever add swipe gestures to their dock? that was the one feature that kept me on launcher pro over ADW. For example, my alternate dock was filled with my 5 most common contacts. I set LP to tap their picture for direct dial, and swipe up to text them.

Snake Eater, the best James Bond theme never to appear in a James Bond movie. My friend who is a dance instructor did a ballroom performance to that song. It was pretty awesome.

I forgot how bad the voice acting was in that game. Still a great game though. Capcom really needs to make a new mega man X.

I think I spent more time figuring out that stupid puzzle when you first get aboard the Vogan ship than I did playing GTAIV. Text adventures in the pre-internet era were brutal.

This makes me wonder if any money exchanged hands between Valve and Blizzard. I've been involved in business transactions with Activision Blizzard and I find it hard to believe the they simply realized "at the end of the day, players just want to be able to play the games they're looking forward to."

If you really owned the game, I wouldn't give anyone a hard time over this. I don't think this is a problem from a moral standpoint, but from a legal standpoint it is breaking the law.

Um... you were saying?

Re-read my post - It specifically states why farmville doesn't need to register Pyramidville to establish a trademark claim. I work in IP law. I'm quite sure I am not "most clearly wrong."

Not to mention the lighting. look at Jade's shadow on the wall as she runs up the stairs.

Zynga ownes trademarks on farmville, cityville, castleville, etc. It doesn't need to own a trademark on every word with ville on the end to make a trademark claim. The fact that it has established the pattern of -ville games is sufficient under US trademark law.

Looks like you beat me to it. Good explanation.
