If you manage to wet sand through the rest of the clear coat, but not through the color coat, you could theoretically polish it like an old single stage paint job.

Yes, cow’s milk is trash. As far as the plant milks, most are going to be pretty good. The only one that would probably stick out as not as good (environmentally) would be almond. Soymilk is best in terms of nutrition vs price.
