I can say for certain that a lot of idle dialogue and tiny plot threads will get cut. The story sequences of FFVII have way too much text to fit into fully mo-capped, voice-acted cutscenes. Furthermore, the content that doesn’t get cut will be abridged, rewritten, or rearranged entirely.
