They had a similar problem 3 years ago. They got more trucks they sent people up to the north to learn. Atlanta had 9 trucks which for the state made a total of 16. I'm in Round Mountain, Nevada. We are mining along the edge of an old caldera. Our old pit doesn't have much in the way of cinnabar, but out new pit called Gold Hill is full of it. Some of the mines north of me on the Carlin Trend deal with quite a bit of cinnabar from what I hear.
