I liked Miami Vice. The look of it was really good, and the shootouts were pretty intense. But it was a bit too dour and miscast Colin Farrell and Gong Li didn't help at all. The trailer with the speed boats and Jay-Z promised us Bad Boys and we got Heat instead.

It has to be Men in Black III where Will Smith used this trailer until New York City made him move it.
