First that would have to be a eroge company like mangagamer or jast and second alice soft doesn't like us for some reason

So your problem was again? If they weren't even complete characters i don't see much of a problem with them releasing the full characters later so they go in smoother.

Saints row 3 gives you the ability to unlock all gang territories if you have the money without having to do every side…

You mean patches which are free and don't count as standard dlc nor should they?
It doesn't make any sense to put patches as dlc when you don't even need to access a store to get to them.
That and expansions in general just add content and that's exactly what dlc does it adds content.

The main reason was that the character weren't even fully implemented yet so having them as unlockable would have been nill if they weren't up to proper running snuff.

You do know that patches don't come in to DLC variety i.e that you have to download it from the console store free or not.
So you thinks its more important for them to focus on option content that you don't even have to buy over…

Well that undisc stuff people complained about capcom doing wasn't even properly on there yet. When hacked those characters out they weren't even functioning like they should have.So those character weren't even fully done yet when the game was released and they have a right to wait to see how sales go before adding…
