It is actually code for a personality disorder when you don’t want to straight out say someone had one. Attorneys that deal in the sort of thing advise to never directly state it.

Wouldn’t or shouldn’t? Based on my interactions with other people who have divorced abusive men, asking for attorney’s fees from their abuse victims is pretty damn common, unfortunately.

That can’t be the play they’re going to make here. If they were going to go in front of the court to make a case why Amber Heard should have be penalized for the PSA she made, they wouldn’t be doing that through making her pay their attorney fees. They’d be attacking the settlement itself.

I’d respect him more if he was just like “Whatever”, like Val Kilmer is, rather than desperately trying to be cool.

The sense of entitlement with abusive men is at the root of this.

Does anyone have insight into Brad’s comment that Angie “has no self-regulating mechanism?” Sounds like Brad is coming up in Round Two a little more aggressively, but that comment is soooo layered. A veiled threat?
