I’m not going to condone brake-checking, but there appears to be very little reason for the driver of the Trailblazer to have lost control of their vehicle.

That doesn’t look like a brake-check. That looks like an unsure driver, coming into a town, that is thinking abou their offramp/exit. Due to the slow truck and merging traffic they’re slow in getting over into the left lane but that’s their goal. You’ll notice that’s what they end up doing.

There’s no statistical difference in bystander safety or accident rates between states that don’t require permitting to carry weapons for self defense (Constitutional Carry, is generally what they call it) and states with more stringent training standards.

Campus carry has never resulted in an increase in campus shootings, and every year the list of states that allow it grows.
