That scene scared the shit out of me as a kid.

That was interesting - got 71% which they said was higher than average. The walking animations seemed to be the clearest based on the motion in the hips and shoulders, and many of the others I couldn’t find much difference (besides social norms such as widening of the knees when sitting). So are they testing on the

You got it.

That's my first computer experience (that I remember). My brother and I fighting over who got time on the Tandy, and we definitely played Dungeons of Daggorath. Thank you for posting it - I remember being chased through a wireframe dungeon by blobs and knights, but couldn't remember the name of the game. Looks like

Ha! I like your style.

Whoops - they have Batman too!

Well, you can have them if you want to be Superman, and shop at Target:

I know they are not underoos, but last night I saw this series of sleep tank sets at Target and did a little squee in the aisle. They have Batman, Spiderman, Superman, Captain America (yay!), Marvel (multiple heroes), and of course, Wonder Woman. Just search "hipster and tank set".

Loose and lose. It bugs the crap out of me to see the extra "o" everywhere:

I am with you on that - Seeing the original video I saw her as ambiguous mixed-race (deliberate choice by the director). I thought when I also read the attached article that it mentioned she was mixed-race, and that the catcalls came from every racial demographic.

You deserve a million stars for this.

Thank you!

I've really enjoyed the show, but then I got into it by binge-watching on Amazon and just caught the last episode online. If I was only getting an episode a week I think I'd be frustrated by the characters motivations more. Even with that it seemed like a lot of flip-flopping in trying to find Molly's baby (I trust

I came here to say the same thing. It's such a great movie - acting/story, etc. And the setting and costuming being period mean it holds up visually. But the score is just so, so dated, and doesn't fit the film.

The founders were thinking ahead.

I'm working on the 17th painting in a series - "Art Hearts" for a charity Olivia's Heart Fund (sketch stage now - about to start with watercolor). The mixed-media paintings are symbolic portraits of people (mostly children) who are struggling with Congenital Heart Defects. I try to find symbolism that has meaning for

I don't know if we can hit Star Wars levels again - but I think Jurassic Park changed the game when it came out. It was the perfect mix of wonder, fantastic music (Williams' Theme was a standout) unbelievable effects (the utter beauty and realism of the dinosaurs was shocking at the time), and smart action. It was

On the Walking dead - I can see where finding a cure (for the living so they don't turn) would be hugely beneficial. Eventually you could set up a commune of some sort where you have high walls and grow food/raise livestock, etc. and never have to leave. But are you ever safe? I want to sleep soundly with my husband

Yes - I agree that there was some dark humor in dark Knight - The first thing that came to mind was when the joker hits the remote for his bomb and the thing doesn't work right away (batteries?) But I can see that some humor is different from actual jokes. (More like irony). And the whole trilogy was very dark in tone.
