Why would you even want the old controls? I played MP 1 & 2 to death on the gamecube, and since I played the trilogy I'll never go back. The new controls are a definite upgrade, to me anyway.

If someone tells me they read a book without reading any of the words in it, I'm going to call them out. Same thing with people who claim they beat a game because they used a glitch to skip directly to the credits.

And I just broke the world record for fastest time reading a book without looking at any words printed on the page.

I have never intentionally listened to Taylor Swift and I unironically used the phrase "sick beats" a few weeks ago when writing a review of a hip-hop album.

Haven't played this remake, but if you're talking about what I think you are, it's not such a big loss. Its usefulness is extremely limited.

A small price to pay for not getting destroyed by the moon.

It's one of the best Zelda games, definitely the most unique one and everyone should give it a shot.

You'd think they'd catch on to the fact that every single time they get an anonymous tip to go bust a child porn ring (or whatever) and it's always a guy streaming video games on the internet that anonymous tips are worthless garbage, but then again they're cops...

I'm going to have to find it when I replay DS1, but I didn't know there was such a place.

Look, the code is subjective, because how can you know that the code is what the developers really intended? Therefore, you can change it as you please to simply go straight to the credits, the only thing that matters.

Yeah, but why stop there? You might as well just hack the code of every single game so it just takes you to the credits when you boot it up. I mean, since the distinction between doing that and playing through the game to get to the credits is totally artifical and subjective, right?

Turning on the game and getting to the credits is beating a game in the same way that reading the first and last pages of a book is reading the book. I mean, I'm sure you're very proud of your achievement of reading Ulysses in 30 seconds, but most people think the fact that you skipped over hundreds of pages kind of

I never understood why touching the enemies hurts mega man, but enemies don't get hurt from touching mega man. Shouldn't it work both ways?

I like to compare Dark Souls to Zelda II. Really punishingly hard combat that you have to practice over and over to get good at it.

Ganondorf really isn't as huge as the perspective in this screenshot deceptively portrays.

He's drastically bigger than that in every game past the first. I mean, look how big they made him in Brawl.

I think I died 104 times in the first hour of Dark Souls.

Stop making sense! That isn't allowed, you victim-blamer!

Oh my god. I can't believe I once appreciated someone who isn't the perfect human being. Kill me now, I'm imperfect too! Do it!

They are counting on people who just assume that used is cheap and a good deal. I refuse to sell my games to Gamestop or buy their used ones, since they only give you like $5 for your games, which is coincidentally the amount that you usually save if you buy something used rather than new.
