I didn't twist the words. The fact that women fear sexual assault much more makes sexual assault against women far worse, IMO. The reason is mechanical. Hetero sex requires the male to maintain an erection, at the very least. Women can't force men to get an erection. A male rapist can overpower and force himself on a teenage girl, an equivalent violation the other way around is mechanically impossible.
