Israel has the technology, money, and time to do this entire operation much cleaner than it has been. Simply look at the differences in casualties to see that Israel is looking for nothing but slaughter.

No, however you get less civilian casualties with boots on the ground and eyes in the building than you do with saying "Guns are here, explode everything even though the UN has told us these positions are theirs and there are civilians."
