Had to NP it. Crackless dash, appears unmolested, but i assume no rust. 100% you can talk this guy down a fair bit. This is a good foundation for a nice clean project.

Do it. CarMax has 2 of them right now, but without the Recaro's. I bought a new FiST with 0% financing back in Sept. I've had a sr20 swapped 240sx and an 04 CTS-V. So far, I'm having more fun in the Fiesta. Could have gotten a new FoST for about the same price (Massive discounts offered), but liked the FiST…
