I’m sorry, there’s never been a gender requirement or expectation on the comment sections for these sites before. The female perspective comes from the staff and the content, and the comments sections are a barely contained avalanche. The way you change the signal ratio is to engage more, not try and goad other people…

It may be a handful, but it goes in cycles. A TON of people were ungreyed when Gawker poofed, but since then most of them have moved on. I guess I’ve seen rumors of a lot of people being re-greyed but I have no idea about that, it never made sense, because if anyone was going to be greyed again it would be me.
