Halo was on of the first WIDELY SUCCESSFUL FPS tiles on a console, and really paved the way for its predecessors based on its controls. It's safe to say that FPS would not be the same without it... so really it DID change the way we play games, and the games we play period.

That planet was destroyed due to the slipspace reactor being injected into the star in the center of the shield world @ the end of Halo Wars. Not to be smart, but I kinda figured that.

it's completely dependent on the amount of achievements you have, because when it's recovered, your gamertag brings the artwork for EVERY ACHIEVEMENT you have, along with the ones you don't have, for every game you've played.

Correction for you: MGS2 WAS a dual layer disk on the xbox, 2 discs on the PS2. My guess is that they will be on 2 Discs with the new format MS has engineered to allow an additional 1GB per disc. MGS3 will be on the same disc as peace walker..
