But she’d be doing it for years with the proper permits, so clearly getting them wasn’t the problem. I thought the reason for the fine was that she was using her regular vehical instead of the one that was inspected and had permits for (the food truck).

I had a woman make a CC payment over the phone while ordering food at McDonald's. I could hear the cashier, and all the background noise. When I ask if she'd like to call back she says no this is fine and she has her card right in her hand... Then proceeds to READ HER CARD NUMBER OUT LOUD, ALONG WITH HER 3 DIGIT CODE…
