@bazookafox: Your are right. I'm not usually the kind of person to critique spelling misteaks and grammers. I like to party and laid back.

@WhiskeyTab: I agree. I'm pretty neutral about most of these issues, but it seems like the one thing Microsoft is consistent at is creating convoluted interfaces.

@Faxmonkey: Couldn't have said it better myself. I'm not even good at expressing how I'm not good at expressing myself.

My problem with the digital media mindset is I personally don't trust the electronics that hold all of my files to last as long as I want them to as opposed to physical media. Losing everything on an external hard drive or laptop can be devastating, where my DVDs and CDs will never just inexplicably stop working.

It has just been a huge news week for me.

@Kaiser-Machead v.2.1.1: That's what Blockbuster was like for me in the 90's. Of course, I always dropped acid before going to Blockbuster.
