Pretty sure around Ghost Recon’s release last year they announced they’d be delaying all games, including Gods & Monsters?

I can’t believe it. I think I actually want a football game
oof, I imagine the things they added are exactly the things I didn’t like and skipped, I did love the rest though, and trying to get to the top of certain buildings was exactly the extra content I needed apart from the main story. But ah well hope someone at least had fun with collecting the flags and such.
I don’t know why I’m looking forward so much to the Switch release when I just played the game a few days ago on PC with a gamepad (Same as when I originally got it at release). I can ALREADY play it. But I want the switch version???
Anyway, game is still brilliant.
It’s so weird. So I went to try Xmouse, but didn’t see any way to have it work for anything but a mouse. Then tried to just set it up normally in steam with button layout and calibration... ... and it was working right already. Just played a few courses of Star Wars Episode 1 Racer and it worked perfectly.
I remember reading a games magazine and they talked about there being a future THPS2 port for GBA, and they just photoshopped the 3D game onto a picture of the GBA. I was so disappointed when I saw what the game actually looked like. Still, I ended up playing a ton and LOVED it. It was so good!
I mean, technically you had the credits and could turn off the game right there. But I get what you mean. Even though it had that it didn’t feel like it ENDED, so being a game you follow up on what the game has left in store for you.
Yeah I see what you mean.
Not sure what you mean. When connected by USB, it sends controller signals to the PC, some of the signals are just a bit nonsensical. Tried playing a non-stadia game and it sorta worked, but a lot of the inputs were wrong. I think among other things how the analog stick registered. Not sure anymore about the details.
That still confuses me so much. I’ve played two of them and I’m still incredulous that each of them is a completely different thing. I was skeptical about the Wii version, but damn did it start using its gimmick to do really really interesting things.
but consider this! If the 2008 one never gets a sequel, it’s one of the rare interesting stories that *SPOILERS* actually just straight up end with “you broke it, hero”, without any fix. I kinda love that.
It looks really good and all, but kinda happy it didn’t go forward? Not a fan of the color scheme and at least that iteration of the character design. To me I want prince of Persia to give a similar vibe as the sands of time opening (magical fairy tale/ the telling of a tale). Also gameplay has got to be equal parts…
When connected by USB it does work as a controller, but its button scheme is translated kinda screwy. Don’t remember the details, but I imagine it needs a driver that assigns the buttons correctly outside of the stadia website/app.
neat! I do hope at some point though they upgrade the controller so that outside of stadia it actually works correctly
huh, I didn’t remember there being an issue with Yoshi’s Island. I only remember thinking “Man, this is the best games will ever look. This is so good”
Oh I remember the hate for windwaker very well. But to be fair, it had a pretty terrible reveal trailer and screenshots. I think by the time of the release, people were already falling in love with it.
At this point, sure it helps knowing you can patch the game later, so you don’t have to fix every single bug, but you also didn’t fix every single bug back then. It’s just that games now have a much bigger and connected player base which is more likely to find bugs, on games that are incredibly massive, with too many…
I’d handle it like Mirror’s Edge. Everyone else has guns (if even) while the player character prefers sneaking, running and stabbing. I mean, guns need training to be used well. It can be easily explained why a character wouldn’t use them.
I really was hoping AC1 was going to be Altair, AC2 Ezio, AC3 Desmond (with no brotherhood nor revelations). I’d love a game focused on the modern day or future (maybe with flashes from the past). Ah well, at this point it’d compete with Watchdogs, which wouldn’t make sense.
I miss the first one. Or rather what it was trying to do.
Black Flag I didn’t like all that much. Couldn’t really connect with the characters and story because of how they handled it. Would’ve likely been better without all the assassin gameplay too.
Odyssey and Origins are pretty great, but don’t respect my time and…
