Wait, so does this actually “dock” like the Switch does, allowing you to play it on a TV? If not I wouldn’t really call it “Switch-like”.

That’s why I said it has yet to “noticeably” warp. It hasn’t warped in a way that impacts me at all, and the last time I did a test like the one in your image was years ago.

If their press info is true, the battery life should be around the same as the Switch model they currently sell, which is significantly better than the battery life of the original Switch. Yeah…I don’t think this headline makes much sense, unfortunately.

Other than the fact that there’s no performance boost (frame rates, etc.), the other big disappointment for me here is that they don’t appear to be selling just the unit and the dock without Joy-Cons. I have enough Joy-Cons! I do not need to pay an extra $50-$80 for a couple of white Joy-Cons I won’t use.
