I’m hoping for Bub and Bob, though if that were the case I’d expect to see Taito in the copyright as well as SNK.

I think I’m that chucklefuck.
It’s definitely available immediately in this version.
I believe each character has a new sidequest in this version. As far as I know, that’s not related to the 2D stuff.
On the one hand, it’s disappointing that this studio—which is in theory devoted to making retro-feeling JRPGs to rival the greats—consistently delivers disappointing slogs. On the other hand, it’s nice to know I can keep my expectations low and spend my money elsewhere.
Well I agree that it’s probably better to publish a game in one system and then port it to others, rather than try to release it everywhere simultaneously. That being said, despite PS4 having a larger install base, I believe this type of indie game generally sells better on the Switch than on all other platforms…
Still just for PS4, huh? I guess Mossmouth didn’t get that Switch memo.
But an NPR poll found that even when you ask people if they support a plan that would replace government insurance with private insurance
Nice. I’d love to see that.
Yes, I’m aware.
Then, there are just two unnanounced mystery fighters left. Perhaps one of them is Goku-shaped?
Whoa, really? I assume that’s only the case for the various “Bedrock” editions (Windows 10, consoles, mobile, etc.). The original Java version doesn’t have any of that garbage that I’ve seen.
Smash Ultimate’s Spirit Board is a single-player affair
The new version is pretty incredible, in my opinion. Check it out if you can. The first (double-length) episode is available to watch on YouTube.
You’re assuming that there was no way for Nintendo/Game Freak to create the game that fans actually want and release it this November. I believe they could have. And if they couldn’t, that’s Game Freak’s fault for making poor decision after poor decision over the entire lifetime of the Pokémon series.
It’s cynical, but I feel like if Nintendo did make the Pokémon games (or at least have a bigger hand in them), we wouldn’t be seeing the controversy we are right now with Sword and Shield.
This seems pretty simple. Ask Mueller, “If Donald Trump were not President of the United States, would he have been indicted on charges of obstruction of justice?” And then if Mueller doesn’t give a straight answer, hold him in contempt. No more of this, “If we had evidence he didn’t commit a crime, we would have said…
That may be true, but I think it depends a lot on the quality of the video. If you’re streaming 4K video, that’s a lot of energy. When I do occasionally listen to YouTube in the car these days, I make sure to turn the quality down to the lowest allowable.
It’s not, but what I mean is that I’m watching more of the things I already have on DVD and listening to more of the music I already have downloaded. I’m ashamed to admit I’ve often been streaming things I already had access to in another way just because it was convenient. I’m not doing that anymore.
As somebody who mostly plays indie and Japanese-made games, I’ve been almost entirely insulated from the whole “dearth of single player experiences” that’s being described in the article. It was interesting to read about, and I’ll count myself lucky that I’m not invested in EA, Activision, or Ubisoft are and aren’t…
