The point is that, when you tell yourself not to think of the white bear, you think of the white bear. So maybe don't try so hard not to have those thoughts? They will happen anyway. Just give them less power - they're just thoughts.

I don't think there's anything wrong with jackin' it, but I do find it insulting/jerky to say most other people would just join in! I mean, really, that is such a guilt-trippy way to get her to engage in sexual behaviors that she straight up was not into that night. I don't like this guy.

This is the first time I've had dental insurance for about 3 years now, and I had to have 2 cavities filled. I'm in my 20's though, but I don't think that going to the dentist for cleanings actually prevents cavities (this is a theory of mine), they just get caught and fixed sooner.
